PI-CME-1 (10/09) <br />IV. DEFINITIONS <br />A. "Crisis" means the public announcement that an "incident' occurred on your premises or at an <br />event sponsored by you. <br />B. "Crisis management emergency response expenses" mean those expenses incurred for <br />services provided by a "crisis management firm." However, "crisis management emergency <br />response expenses' shall not include compensation, fees, benefits, overhead, charges or <br />expenses of any insured or any of your employees, nor shall "crisis management emergency <br />response expenses' include any expenses that are payable on your behalf or reimbursable to <br />you under any other valid and collectible insurance. <br />C. "Crisis management firm" means any service provider you hire that is acceptable to us. Our <br />consent will not be unreasonably withheld. <br />D. 'Incident' means an accident or other event, including the accidental discharge of pollutants, <br />resulting in death or serious bodily injury to three or more persons. <br />E.
