Responsibilities: <br />Comm LAB shall: <br />a. Provide site -map and layout options for the approval of the Santa Ana Project <br />Manager <br />b. Implement any requested edits/changes to the site -map and wireframes <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Review and audit draft site -map and wireframes <br />b. Provide any feedback,edits to staff <br />c. Rely final approval of site -map and wireframes <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete upon the completion of the deliverables detailed in the task <br />description above and when the Santa Ana Project Manager signs the task completion letter. <br />Planned completion and invoicing will be at the end of October 2021. <br />TASK 3-C: READY OC WEBSITE CONTENT DEVELOPMENT <br />Objective: Develop a comprehensive document merging the existing ROC website copy with <br />additions required for the new website. This document will serve as a guide for website <br />developers as they finalize the new ROC website. <br />Task Description: <br />The website content will include all the existing information in addition to information regarding <br />the following: <br />a. Micro -campaigns: staff will include copy for the upcoming micro -campaigns to avoid <br />any last minute changes that may be necessary on the website. <br />b. Database: the new website will encourage residents to sign up for the ROC newsletter <br />c. Local partners: Call -outs to ROC most significant partners. <br />Responsibilities: <br />Comm LAB shall: <br />a.
