This endorsement changes the Policy. Please read it carefully. <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART <br />The following exclusion is added to paragraph 2., Exclusions of COVERAGE A -- <br />BODILY INJURY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE LIABILITY (Section I -- <br />Coverages) and paragraph 2., Exclusions of COVERAGE B -- PERSONAL AND <br />ADVERTISING INJURY LIABILITY (Section I -- Coverages): <br />This insurance does not apply to "bodily injury," "property damage," "personal <br />injury," or "advertising injury" arising out of the rendering of or failure to render <br />any professional services by you or performing work on your behalf in such <br />capacity. <br />Professional services include: <br />The preparing, approving, or failing to prepare or approve, maps, <br />drawings, opinions, reports, surveys, field orders, change orders or <br />drawings and specifications; and <br />2.
