City and local and regional government authorities and agencies having applicable <br />jurisdiction, that apply to or govern the Facility, the Site or the performance of the <br />Parties' respective obligations hereunder, including any of the foregoing which concern <br />health, safety, fire, environmental protection, labor relations, mitigation monitoring <br />plans, building codes, zoning, non-discrimination, and prevailing wages if applicable. <br />All references herein to Applicable Law include subsequent amendments or <br />modifications thereof, unless otherwise specifically limited in this Agreement. <br />1.9 Approved Facility/ies <br />"Approved Facility/ies" means facilities designated in Exhibit 8. <br />1.10 Billings <br />"Billings" means any and all statements of charges for services rendered in accordance <br />with this Agreement, howsoever made, described or designated by City or Contractor, <br />or made by others for City or Contractor, to Customers in the City. <br />1.11 Bin <br />"Bin" means a metal Container with hinged lids and wheels with a capacity of less than <br />ten (10) cubic yards. <br />1.12 Bin Service <br />'Bin Service' means all Solid Waste Handling Services provided by Contractor by <br />means of front -loaded collection Bins. <br />1.13 Bulky Items <br />"Bulky Items" means Solid Waste that cannot and/or would not typically be <br />accommodated within a Cart including specifically: furniture (including chairs, sofas, <br />mattresses, and rugs); appliances (including refrigerators, ranges, washers, dryers, <br />water heaters, dishwashers, plumbing, small household appliances and other similar <br />items, commonly known as "white goods"); up to twenty (20), thirty (30) gallon bags of <br />green waste (including wood waste, tree branches, scrap wood; electronic equipment <br />(including stereos, televisions, computers and monitors, VCRs, microwaves and other <br />similar items commonly known as "brown goods" and "e-waste").
