away from Commercial and industrial locations, the Executive Director may direct that <br />collections in such Commercial or industrial areas shall be made between the hours of <br />6:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M., and in that event Contractor agrees to comply with such order. <br />Contractor may not make exceptions to these Collection days and times without <br />advanced written approval from the City. If the regularly scheduled Collection day falls <br />on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, <br />or Christmas Day, Collection days for the remainder of that week shall all be postponed <br />one Collection day and Residential Collection is permitted on Saturday during the <br />make-up week. <br />Contractor shall annually review with the City its operations plan outlining the <br />Collection routes, intervals of Collection and Collection times for all materials Collected <br />under this Agreement upon 30-day written notice requesting said review. More <br />frequent reviews may be required by City if operations are not satisfactory based on <br />documented observations, reports or complaints. If the plan is determined to be <br />inadequate by City, Contractor shall revise the plan incorporating any changes into a <br />revised plan and review said revised plan with City within thirty (30) calendar days. <br />4.7.2 Missed Pickups <br />When notified of a missed pickup prior to noon, Contractor shall Collect the Refuse, <br />Recyclable Materials, and/or Organic Materials that was not Collected the same day. If <br />notified after noon, Collection must take place no later than the next Collection day <br />(excludes only Sundays and holidays listed in Section 4.7.1 and, for Residential Cart <br />Customers, Saturday). <br />4.7.3 Vehicles <br />A. General. Contractor shall provide Collection vehicles sufficient in <br />number and capacity to efficiently perform the work required by the Agreement in <br />strict accordance with its terms as described in Contractor's Proposal. Any additional <br />vehicles/routes that may be required to meet the service standards during the term of <br />this Agreement, above the number included in Contractor's Proposal shall be done so at <br />Contractor's sole expense. Contractor shall have available on Collection days sufficient <br />back-up vehicles for each type of Collection vehicle used to respond to complaints and <br />emergencies. <br />B. Specifications. All route Collection vehicles shall be new (model year <br />August 17, 2021 69 City of Santa Ana <br />
