A closed case/matter fee of $.20 per case per month will be waived. The number of <br />open cases/matters per month is determined by the average number of open cases/matters in the system during the month. <br />*Additional Open Cases/Matters <br />On a monthly basis, additional open cases/matters above the 100 open case/matter maximum will be charged $3 per <br />case/matter per month.
