EXHIBIT C <br />FEES <br />FOR SUBSCRIPTION, SUPPORT AGREEMENT BETWEEN BALANCING ACT AND <br />City of Santa Ana DATED September 19, 2021 <br />The following is a summary of the Fees associated with the Services provided by Balancing Act <br />hereunder. <br />1. Licensing Fee (published budget) <br />i. Subscription fee is $10,000 per year. Invoice will be sent for the yearly licensing fee <br />within 30 days of the effective date of the contract and every year at approximately <br />the same time thereafter for the duration of this Agreement. Invoice for any agreed- <br />upon additional services will be sent within 15 days of delivery. <br />2. General <br />a. Except as otherwise provided herein or in an applicable SOW, all Fees due to Balancing <br />Act will be payable within 30 days of receipt of the applicable invoice. <br />b. All payments of the Fees must be made by cash or cash equivalent to Balancing Act at <br />th <br />7897 E. 24Avenue, Denver, CO, 80238 or by ACH.
