1 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT B <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Scope of Work for Downtown Santa Ana <br /> <br />A. Main Objective: <br />1) Contract an unarmed security guard service company for the entire <br />area of Downtown Santa Ana (DTSA) with the potential of providing <br />security guard services to the four parking structures and one surface <br />parking lot within DTSA. Refer to the diagram above for the boundaries <br />of Downtown Santa Ana including the city-owned parking structures <br />and surface parking lot. <br /> <br />2) Contracted security services will include guard services 365 days per <br />year with a range of 40-100 hours per week, contingent upon available <br />funds and need.
