L. At City's sole discretion, City may allow a security guard, who is removed from <br />post assignment, to be reassigned only after said security guard has been fully <br />retrained or received additional training at Contractor's sole expense and to <br />City's satisfaction. <br />M. General Requirements -Company <br />1) Orientation time is billable for no more than thirty (30) minutes unless City <br />has specifically requested an earlier arrival. Late arrivals will be assessed <br />liquidated damages. <br />2) When multiple guards are required, only the security guard supervisor <br />will be paid for the orientation time. <br />3) Keep an updated and approved security guard list, which must include, <br />but not limited to: <br />4) Full Name: First, Middle, Last <br />5) Photo: Current, face <br />6) Address: Residence <br />7) Phone Numbers: Contact <br />8) Security Guard Registration: current <br />9) CA driver's licenses: current <br />10)Experience: at least 12 months prior work experience as a registered <br />security guard <br />11)Do not place any guards at any posts unless that guard is on the <br />approved security guard list. <br />N.
