Agreement with Property Registration Champions, LLC (ProChamps) <br />December 7, 2021 <br />Page 2 <br />A selection committee consisting of Code Enforcement staff members was established to <br />review and rate the proposals, employing following criteria: <br />• Firm and team experience <br />• Understanding of need <br />• Relevant project experience <br />• References <br />• Service fee <br />The committee determined ProChamps to be the most responsive to the RFP and <br />recommended ProChamps to be selected as the most qualified vendor for providing the <br />services sought by the City. For the <br />services under the agreement, a service fee amount not to exceed $100 may be <br />recovered by the company from each registration with the accompanying fee collected by <br />the company. The fee amount remitted to the City is the approved fee less $100, which <br />is $1,132.85.
