EXHIBIT A <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR CONVEYANCE IN <br />FEE FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES <br />In the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, being portions of lots 1 and 12, <br />of Block D, of Santa Ana Investment Company Tract No. 1, Humphrey's Addition to Santa Ana, <br />as shown on a map, recorded in book 11, page 39 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles <br />County, California, lying northeasterly, easterly and southeasterly of the following described <br />line: <br />Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of Third Street with the survey line of Grand <br />Avenue (formerly Bartlett Avenue), as survey line is shown on Record of Survey 2009-1093, <br />filed in Book 236, Pages 17 through 20, in the Office of Orange County Recorder; <br />Thence, Westerly along the centerline of said Third Street, North 89135' 27" West, 71.06 feet; <br />Thence, South 0° 24' 33" West, 25.00 feet to a point on the north line of said lot 1, said point <br />also being the True Point of Beginning; <br />Thence, South 41 ° 16' 57" East, 22.55 feet to a point of intersection of a line parallel with and <br />41.84 feet southerly of the centerline of said Third Street, and a line parallel with and 55.96 feet <br />westerly of said survey line; <br />Thence, South 10 41'37" West, 207.22 feet to a point of intersection of a line that is parallel with <br />and 60.10 feet westerly of said survey line, and a line parallel with and 50.94 feet northerly of <br />the centerline of Second Street; <br />Thence, South 44' 20' 40" West, 36.02 feet to a point on the south line of said lot 12. <br />Containing 4,879 square feet, more or less. <br />All as shown on Exhibit B, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof. <br />Subject to all Covenants, Conditions, Reservations, Restrictions, Rights of Way and Easements <br />of record, if any. <br />Prepared by me, or under my direction on December 1, 2021. <br />(AAM M.
