<br />In the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, being those portions of lot 1, and
<br />lot 12 of Block A, of Santa Ana Investment Company Tract No. 1, Humphrey's Addition to Santa
<br />Ana, as shown on a map, recorded in book 11, page 39 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
<br />County, California, lying Southeasterly, Easterly and Northeasterly of the following described
<br />line:
<br />Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of Third Street with the survey line of Grand
<br />Avenue (formerly Bartlett Avenue), as survey line is shown on Record of Survey 2009-1093, filed
<br />in Book 236, Pages 17 through 20, in the Office of Orange County Recorder,
<br />Thence, Westerly along the centerline of said Third Street, North 89' 35' 27" West, 70.29 feet;
<br />Thence, North 0° 24' 33" East, 25.00 feet to a point on the South line of said lot 12, said point also
<br />being the True Point of Beginning;
<br />Thence, North 42' 53' 20" East, 22.21 feet to a point of intersection of a line parallel with and
<br />41.38 feet Northerly of the centerline of said Third Street, and a line parallel with and 55.39 feet
<br />Westerly of said survey line, said point also being the beginning of a non -tangent curve, concave

<br />Thence, North 2° 12' 50" East, 44.70 feet to a point of intersection of a line parallel with and 58.22
