C. If the minimum registration has not been reached by the second class, the class shall be <br />canceled. Provider will be under no obligation to provide services for the canceled <br />classes, and the City will have no further obligations to pay Provider compensation for <br />the remaining classes that were canceled in that session. <br />CLASS FEES <br />A. Each participant shall pay class registration fees as established by City. <br />B. Provider may not waive class participation/registration fees. <br />C. Only registered participants may participate in class. <br />D. Any refunds to participants will be made in accordance with City policy. <br />E. Any materials fee shall be established by mutual agreement of City and Provider and <br />shall be payable directly to Provider. <br />COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Instructor and participants shall wear a mask at all times to participate. <br />B. Temperature will be taken at the beginning of the class for instructor and participants. <br />C. Social Distancing should be adhered to at all times. <br />E. State of California COVID-19 regulations shall apply. <br />2 <br />
