This documents will allow the city to claim indirect costs in certain <br />programs within Public Works. These calculations must be done annually and be <br />based on actual expenditures. <br />Scope of Services and Professional Fee: <br />1. Fund 86 - Indirect Cost Rate Proposal (FY 2017/2018 and 2019/2020) <br />2. Fund 101— Internal Service Fund Full Cast Analysis and Cost Allocation Plan <br />(FY 2017/2018 and 2019/2020) <br />a. Professional Fixed Fee: $49,500 <br />3. Assistance - if required for submission to Federal / State agencies <br />a.
