Resolution to Carry Over Existing Funds to the 2023 FTIP <br />December 21, 2021 <br />Page 2 <br />To maintain the eligibility of allocated federal funds, the City was required to adopt a <br />Resolution (Exhibit 1) listing projects to be included or amended in the FTIP and submit <br />to OCTA by November 30, 2021. However, OCTA has extended this deadline to the end <br />of the 2021 calendar year, to allow additional time to assess and finalize the projects to <br />be carried over.
