INSURANCE ON FILE <br />WORK WY ?ROCEF <br />UNl' <br />? of <br />DATE: <br />N-2021-030-01 <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO SUBCONTRACTOR AGREEMENT <br />WITH HOME AID ORANGE COUNTY TO PROVIDE <br />L1xg11 1ESS HOUSING, ASSISTANCE, AND PREVENTION <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above -referenced agreement is entered into on December <br />, 2021, by and between Shelter Providers of Orange County, Inc., dba HoineAid Orange <br />County, a California nonprofit organization ("Subcontractor"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter <br />city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of <br />California ("City"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement No, N-2021-146, dated June 1, 2021, by which Subcontractor <br />agreed to provide planning services for the property located at 18 15 Carnegie Avenue, Santa Ana, <br />California 92705, the future site of a City homeless shelter ("Agreement'). The tern of the <br />Agreement continues through December 31, 2021. <br />B, The parties now wish to extend the term of the Agreement. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />1. Section 2, Term, is amended to extend the Term of the Agreement through June 30, 2022. <br />2.
