The Orange County Chapter of the Building Industry Association of <br />SECRETARY <br />Southern California (`BIA/OC") objects to the scope of the City Council's changes to the Housing <br />NICOLE MURRAY <br />Opportunity Ordinance ("HOO") after it was introduced. For the reasons set forth in this letter, <br />TAYLOP MORRISON <br />BIA/OC respectfully requests that the new, re -imagined HOO ordinance be sent back to the <br />Planning Commission for further review and public input. <br />TRADE CONTRACTOR VP <br />On the night of November 16, and into the early morning of the next day, the City Council proposed <br />ALAN BOUDREAU <br />BOUDREAU PIPELINE <br />a dizzying array of amendments to the HOO ordinance, fundamentally changing what had been <br />publicly vetted.
