2.14 Authorized Representatives. The person or persons executing this Agreement on behalf Licensee <br /> and City warrants and represents that he/she has the authority to execute this Agreement on behalf of that Party and <br /> that he/she has the authority to bind that Party to the performance of its obligations hereunder. <br /> 2.15 Entire Agreement.
