Insurance <br />• The requirement for Professional Liability insurance is $2,000,000 aggregate. <br />California Barricade, Inc. currently holds $1,000,000 aggregate. We respectfully <br />request the city accept the current limit. if not, we will increase our limit in honor <br />of the contract. <br />Appendix Attachment 3-12: Statement Regarding Community Workforce Agreement <br />(CWA) Requirements <br />California Barricade, Inc. is not signatoryto a union and is unable to sign the above <br />mentioned Attachment.
