We encourage you to contact us prior to the Public Hearing if you have any questions. <br />Historic Resources commission Action: The Historic Resources Commission will hold a Public Hearing to receive <br />i public testimony, and will take action on the item described below. Their decision is final unless appealed to the City <br />` Council within 10 days of the decision by any interested party or group. i <br />Project t Location: 2445 North Park Boulevard (historically known as the W.D. Johnston House) located in <br />the Single Family Residential (R-1) zoning district. <br />Project Applicant: Andrew Dawson <br />Project Description: The applicant is requesting approval of Historic Resources Commission Application No. 2021- <br />21, Historic Register Categorization No. 2021-21, and Historic Property Preservation Agreement No. 2021-21 to <br />aitow the placement and categorization in the Santa Ana Register of Historical Properties as Key for the above <br />mentioned property and to execute a Historic Property Preservation Agreement with the City of Santa Ana. <br />Environmental Impact: In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the recommended action is <br />exempt from further review under Section 15331, Class 31 (Historical Resource Restoration/Rehabilitation), as this <br />action is designed to preserve a historic resource. Categorical Exemption No. ER-2021-101 will be filed for this <br />project. <br />Meeting Details: This matter will be heard on Thursday, November 4, 2021, at 4:30 p.m. in the City Council <br />Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, CA 92701.
