OCTA is deleting Attachment A-17, in its entirety, as identified in Article 4 "Responsibilities of Agency," paragraph A, and in lieu thereof is inserting the revised "Project List," attached hereto as Attachment A-18, which is incorporated and made a part of the Agreement.
