City of Santa Ana <br />RFP Homeless Navigation Center <br />Proposal Selection Process <br />The City shell establish a proposal evaluation committee to review and score proposals received. <br />All proposals will be snored based on the criteria in this RFP. Additional information may be <br />requested by the City evaluation committee prior to making a funding recommendation. <br />Recommendations from the City evaluation committee may be brought to the Santa Ana City <br />Council for an award of funding. <br />The City shall not be liable for any costs incurred in response to this RFP, including but not <br />limited to, costs for any interviews, presentations, or other follow-up information necessary as <br />part of the selection process. <br />All costs shall be borne by the organization responding to this RFP, The organization responding <br />to this RFP shall hold the City harmless from any liability, claim, and expense whatsoever <br />incurred by or on behalf of the organization. <br />.. __G4 CQUn ;il. <br />10 <br />
