2.13 Binding Effect. The terms of this Agreement shall inure to the benefit of, and shall be binding <br />upon, each of the Parties and their respective successors and assigns. <br />2.14 Authorized Representatives. The person or persons executing this Agreement on behalf Licensee <br />and City warrants and represents that he/she has the authority to execute this Agreement on behalf of that Party and <br />that he/she has the authority to bind that Party to the performance of its obligations hereunder. <br />2.15 Entire Agreement.
