Orange County Grand Jury's Investigative Report, Findings, and Recommendations <br />Regarding Santa Ana's Licensed Retail Adult -Use Cannabis Program <br />September 7, 2021 <br />Page 2 <br />and code enforcement efforts, and additional youth programs through the Parks, <br />Recreation, and Community Services Agency. <br />As a result of the investigation, OCGJ issued six findings and three recommendations. In <br />accordance with California Penal Code Sections 933 and 933.05, OCGJ requires <br />responses from the City regarding the findings and recommendations presented in the <br />report. Exhibit 2 outlines the OCGJ findings, recommendations, and the City's <br />responses. Upon authorization by the City Council, the responses in Exhibit 2 will be <br />submitted to the Presiding Judge of the Superior Court. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />EXHIBIT(S) <br />1.
