Section 9: On June 1, 2021, City Council approved a Resolution (No. 2021-026) <br />amending the City's Classification and Compensation plan. <br />Section 10: On June 3, 2021, City Council approved a Resolution (No. 2021-033) <br />amending the City's Classification and Compensation plan. <br />Section 11: The City Council has amended and reestablished the City's Master <br />Pay Schedule on several occasions since its adoption. <br />Section 12: The City of Santa Ana now desires to amend and restate the City's <br />"Master Salary Schedule" to reflect the changes outlined in Sections 3 through 11 of this <br />Resolution. The Master Salary Schedule as amended and restated is set forth in <br />Attachment "A" to this Resolution and incorporated herein by reference. <br />Section 13: This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by <br />the City Council and the Clerk of Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting this <br />Resolution.
