Statement of Qualification <br />Company History, Structure and Capabilities <br />AGREEMENT STATEMENT <br />LEED Electric Inc. does not have any disputes with the Standard Agreement. <br />BACKGROUND <br />LEED Electric Inc. is an experienced and highly -recommended full -service commercial and industrial <br />electrical, control & instrumentation contractor. The company has a reputation for completing projects on time, <br />within budget and to the client's satisfaction. The company's comprehensive knowledge of new technologies <br />combined with the highly trained staff and more than 42 years of experience performing heavy contracting work <br />make LEED Electric a provider of choice. LEED Electric began operations in 1979 performing work at oil <br />refineries, chemical plants and aerospace facilities. Later began doing public work for various municipal and <br />county facilities on pumping plants, water treatment plants, and sewage treatment plants installing power and <br />control systems, automation/measuring systems. <br />MISSION <br />The mission of LEED Electric is to provide highest quality electrical, control & instrumentation installations <br />performed safely by highly trained, skilled craftsmen to meet or exceed customer specifications. <br />VERSATILITY <br />Contracts ranging to over $5.0 million have been successfully completed. Maintenance programs with special <br />rates designed to fit customer needs have been provided. <br />PERFORMANCE <br />LEED Electric has a consistent record of completed projects on or before target dates. <br />SAFETY <br />Strict adherence to safety standards is an integral part of daily operations. <br />COMMUNICATION <br />LEED Electric's experienced management team is concerned about completing projects correctly and on <br />time. The company understands that growing reputation depends on it. Constant communications with field <br />personnel enables project managers to stay informed of job progress insuring smooth operation to timely <br />completion. <br />LITIGATION <br />LEED Electric has not had any litigation or threatened litigation against the firm that will affect the company's <br />performance or completion of this proposed program. <br />a. The organization has never been subject of litigation for failure to meet contracted obligations to deliver <br />or supply electricity since its inception in 1979. <br />b. The company has no breach of contract or criminal legal actions with potential liabilities above $50,000 <br />or involving imprisonment (now or pending) against the company itself, any official, officer or <br />employee of the company submitting qualifications over the last 42 years. <br />c.
