Program Supplement <br />A. General <br />(1) This AGREEMENT shall have no force and effect with respect to any PROJECT <br />unless and until a separate PROJECT specific "PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT — STATE <br />FUNDED TRANSIT PROJECT(S)," hereinafter referred to as "PROGRAM <br />SUPPLEMENT," adopting all of the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT has <br />been fully executed by both STATE and RECIPIENT. <br />Revised December 23,2020 <br />
