NATIONAL <br />SAFETY <br />SERVICES <br />2022-2023 Training for Confined Space Rescue <br />Bryan Lopez <br />City of Santa Ana— Public Works Agency <br />220 South Daisy Avenue <br />Santa Ana, CA 92703 <br />Bryan, <br />1/20/2022 <br />National Safety Services (NSSI) will provide the below listed training to City of Santa Ana. NSSI will <br />conduct a 40 hour (5 day) on TBD, Industrial Confined Space Rescue Course at your location TBD. <br />This class will cover Cal -OSHA Title 8, 5157 (k) & appendix F, NFPA 1670 Confined Space Regulations for <br />General Industry. <br />The class will consist of classroom sessions for the first half day, then the class will be working hands on <br />in the field. <br />This training will comply with Cal -OSHA Title 8, 5157 (k) & appendix F, NFPA 1670 requirement to have <br />employees trained as rescues workers. <br />National Safety Services Training <br />2 <br />Ind Res 40 <br />Initial Industrial Rescue Training 40 hour, (5 <br />days) <br />$9,000.00 <br />$18,000.00 <br />Dates: TBD <br />Location: TBD <br />2 <br />Add Instr. <br />Additional Instr.
