No coverage is provided by this Notice nor can it be <br />construed to replace any provision of your policy. You should read your policy and review your <br />Declarations page for complete information on the coverages you are provided. If there is any conflict <br />between the Policy and this Notice, THE PROVISIONS OF THE POLICY SHALL PREVAIL. <br />Carefully read your policy, including the endorsements attached to your policy. <br />Please note that not all the forms listed below may be applicable to your policy. <br />This Notice provides information concerning the following new endorsement, which applies to your <br />renewal policy being issued by us: <br />GAI 7269 Exclusion - Access or Disclosure of Confidential or Personal Information and <br />Data -Related Liability - With Limited Bodily Injury Exception <br />When this endorsement is attached to your policy: <br />Your policy excludes damages arising out of any access to or disclosure of any person's or <br />organization's confidential or personal information, including patents, trade secrets, processing methods, <br />customer lists, financial information, credit card information, health information or any other type of <br />nonpublic information; or the loss of, loss of use of, damage to, corruption of, inability to access, or <br />inability to manipulate electronic data. <br />This exclusion applies even if damages are claimed for notification costs, credit monitoring expenses, <br />forensic expenses, public relations expenses or any other loss, cost or expense incurred by you or <br />others arising out of that which is described in the paragraph above. <br />However, this exclusion does not apply to damages because of "bodily injury" arising out of any access <br />to or disclosure of any person's or organization's confidential or personal information. <br />GAI 7268 Exclusion - Access or Disclosure of Confidential or Personal Information and <br />Data -Related Liability - Limited Bodily Injury Exception Not Included <br />When this endorsement is attached to your policy: <br />Your policy excludes damages arising out of any access to or disclosure of any person's or <br />organization's confidential or personal information, including patents, trade secrets, processing methods, <br />customer lists, financial information, credit card information, health information or any other type of <br />nonpublic information; or the loss of, loss of use of, damage to, corruption of, inability to access, or <br />inability to manipulate electronic data, which results in a reduction of coverage. <br />This exclusion will apply even if damages are claimed for notification costs, credit monitoring expenses, <br />forensic expenses, public relations expenses or any other loss, cost or expense incurred by you or <br />others arising out of that which is described in the paragraph above. <br />SDM-851 (Ed. 05/14) <br />
