Exhibit 1 <br />Appendix <br />ATTACHMENT 1-B <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />SERVICE: <br />STAGE RENTAL <br />The City is seeking a company with the capacity to provide a stage for large-scale events. Below is a sample listing of <br />stage rental equipment for a previous large-scale event. <br />40' X 32' X 5'-Stage <br />40' X 32' X 30'-Roof <br />16' X 8'-20 Panel LED video wall <br />Stage lighting <br />Audio Equipment <br />Video Equipment <br />Forklift <br />Banners <br />Audio/visual technicians/DJs/MCs <br />Generators <br />The contractor will be expected to provide, install, set -up, maintain and remove stage equipment for requested events. <br />The contractor is also expected to coordinate with various City departments and other contractors associated with the <br />event. Equipment to be provided by the contractor includes, but is not limited to items listed above. City may request <br />additional equipment or services during the term of the agreement at prices identified in the price listing.
