"Sponsorship": the relationship between a sponsor and the City, in which the <br />sponsor pays a cash or in -kind fee, in return for access to the commercial <br />potential associated with a facility, program or service. <br />P. "Sponsorship Policy": an established City policy for considering potential <br />sponsorships that enhance and support the various programs and services <br />provided by the City. <br />Q.
