Locality's Direct Federal Allocation — 2 and Block Grant Award — 2 <br />Locality has received a Direct Federal Allocation — 2 in the amount $14,026,593.90. <br />This amount is subject to increase if Treasury makes additional tranches.of ERA2 funds <br />available. <br />The Department is making a Block Grant Award — 2 to Locality in the amount of <br />$3,707,486.62. This amount is subject to increase if Treasury makes additional trenches <br />of ERA2 funds available, or if the Department reallocates funds as authorized. <br />2. The Locality and any of its contractors, subcontractors, successors, transferees, and <br />assignees shall comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits <br />recipients of federal financial assistance from excluding from a program or activity, <br />denying benefits of, or otherwise discriminating against a person on the basis of race, <br />color, or national origin (42 U.S.C. § 2000d at seq.), as implemented by the Treasury's <br />Title VI regulations, 31 CFR Part 22, which are herein incorporated by reference and <br />made a part of this Agreement. Title VI also includes protection to persons with "Limited <br />English Proficiency" in any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance, 42 <br />U.S.C. § 2000d'et seq., as implemented by the Treasury's Title VI regulations, 31 CFR <br />Part 22, and herein incorporated by reference and made.a part of this Agreement. <br />3. Additional statutes and regulations prohibiting discrimination are applicable to this <br />Agreement and include, without limitation, the following: <br />a. Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. § 2000d at seq.) and Treasury's <br />implementing regulations at 31 CFR Part 22; <br />b. The Fair Housing Act, Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. § 3601 <br />at seq.); <br />c. Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended (29 U.S.C. § 794); <br />d. The Age Discrimination Act of 1975, as amended (42 U.S.C. § 6101 et seq.); <br />e. Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended (42 U.S.C. § <br />12101 et seq.); and <br />I.
