("Term of Agreement') of Agreement No. A-2021-107-05 ("Agreement'), as <br />amended, entered into by Families Together of Orange County and the City of Santa Ana dated August <br />1, 2021, the patties hereby agree to extend the Term of the Agreement for a six (6) month period through <br />-September 30,-2022. The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this <br />extension.
