EXHIBIT C - PROPOSAL <br />We work with our clients to design highly functional and <br />operationally efficient libraries that streamline workflow, <br />integrate public- and staff -side technology, and empower <br />customers to manage their own library experience through <br />self-service and clear wayfinding.
