David is an award -winning public <br />library architect whose vision, creativity, and commitment <br />to modern, beautiful, and sustainable public buildings will <br />guide the revitalization of Altadena's libraries. David will <br />commit approximately 35% of his time to this project. <br />Andrea Gifford RA LEED will be the principal project <br />manager and library design lead, including programming, <br />interiors, and FFE. Andrea has developed designs for <br />many award -winning, historically significant libraries and <br />other cherished community buildings. Andrea will commit <br />approximately 30% of her time to this project. <br />Jonathan Hartman RA LEED will lead the technical design <br />and improvements to the site and building.
