<br />Principal
<br />With over four decades of experience in MEP design nationally and
<br />internationally, Josef is a leader in construction administration, project
<br />management, and commissioning. He supervises an interdisciplinary team
<br />across the engineering process from concept to occupation.
<br />A former lecturer in math and physics, Josef brings progressive ideas that
<br />incorporate technology, cost, and global environmental sustainability to
<br />ensure that projects reduce energy and water consumption while minimizing
<br />operation and maintenance costs.
<br />Josef has provided high performance building systems to 300 projects,
<br />bringing his team -oriented approach to sectors including healthcare,
<br />science and technology, aviation, education (both higher education and
<br />K12), civic, cultural and retail, as well as commercial.
