<br />Principal, Civil Engineering
<br />As Principal -in -Charge, Mr. Khamsi will be responsible for supervising the
<br />activities of civil engineering personnel. Mr. Khamsi will also be responsible for
<br />client contact, establishment of fees and schedules, project design, production,
<br />quality assurance, overall project coordination and construction administration.
<br />Mr. Khamsi has been with KPFF for 23 years and has more than 29 years of
<br />experience in civil engineering.
<br />Ali has been responsible for managing design and construction of a wide range
<br />of project types and scales for both private sectors and public agencies. The
<br />project types include: commercial, healthcare, ADA upgrades, educational,
<br />civic, transportation, hospitality, historical, and parks and recreational facilities.
<br />Ali's areas of practice include: EIR support, master planning, entitlement,
<br />permitting, construction documents, construction administration and project
<br />close-out. Ali's areas of experience include: site development, grading,
<br />drainage, transportation, hydrology, hydraulics, storm water management,
<br />water quality, and utilities design.
