EXHIBIT C - PROPOSAL <br />Ln <br />W <br />U <br />Z <br />W <br />W <br />W <br />LL <br />W <br />99 <br />w <br />U <br />w <br />2 <br />U <br />Q <br />o_ <br />O <br />oe <br />Top and above: The Cheech Marin Center for <br />Chicano Art, Culture, and Industry <br />Historic architecture specialists Page & Turnbull <br />were retained by the City of Riverside and a <br />partner architect to program and design the <br />adaptive reuse of the former Riverside Public <br />Library building into a new art museum showcasing <br />one of the largest private collections of Chicano <br />art. Page & Turnbull's work included a conditions <br />assessment that informed the Basis of Design <br />as well as collaboration with the City, Cheech <br />Morin, and other stakeholders to develop a <br />meaningful program. The Basis of Design integrates <br />architectural programming with the infrastructure <br />needs of a modern museum. Phase II is underway. <br />GROUP 4 REFERENCES <br />Listed below are selected client references representing public <br />agencies with whom Group 4 has worked during the past five <br />years on the design of public libraries and other community <br />projects.
