Historical Fireworks Injury Trends <br />In 2018, Orange County hospital emergency and urgent care rooms reported 38 injuries that were <br />directly caused by fireworks. This is an increase in comparison to 2017, when 29 injuries were <br />reported. Most years, <br />the adult category seems to yield the highest number of injuries.
