EXHIBIT 1 <br />Description <br />Provide funding and resources to the Fair Housing Council of <br />Orange County to promote fair housing and combat housing <br />discrimination within the City of Santa Ana. The Fair Housing <br />Services Program will provide fair housing education, counseling, <br />and enforcement services to Santa Ana residents.
