Project will focus on areas with the highest concentration <br />of needed repairs, to help mitigate trip and fall hazards and reducing <br />potential of liability claims and assist in complying with regulations <br />set forth by the American with Disabilities Act. <br />After the sidewalk concrete repairs within the public right of way are <br />completed, the public will have enhanced pedestrian and multi - <br />modal mobility through the improved neighborhoods. For at least <br />50% of Santa Ana's low-income population, bicycle is the primary <br />mode of transportation.
