EXHIBIT 1 <br />Planned Activities <br />Through an RFP process, identify eligible new construction, <br />acquisition, or rehabilitation activities to increase the supply of <br />affordable housing within the City of Santa Ana. <br />Projects that are tentatively identified for HOME assistance include: <br />Crossroads at Washington — new multi -family apartment complex <br />consisting of 85 units of affordable rental housing for households <br />earning 30% or less of AMI. Construction is currently scheduled to <br />be completed in December 2023. HOME assistance of <br />approximately $3,007,489 will support the construction of 16 HOME - <br />assisted units. <br />Westview House — new multi -family apartment complex consisting of <br />85 units for large families and permanent supportive housing. <br />Construction is currently scheduled to be completed in September <br />2023.
