FY 2022-2024 CDBG Funding Plan - Program Summaries EXHIBIT 3 <br />Lutheran Social Services <br />Victims Intervention <br />$60,000 <br />The Victims Intervention Project (VIP) will provide women who are victims of crime with evidence -based <br />of Southern California <br />Program (VIP) <br />recovery services — direct mental health services, rental assistance, hotel/motel vouchers, intensive case <br />(LSSSC) <br />management, transportation, life skills training and other supportive services. <br />Santa Ana residents will be provided monthly prenatal and infant home visitation, health education, and <br />MOMs OC <br />Healthy Beginnings <br />$80,000 <br />mental health support, that measurebly improves the health status and birth outcomes of mothers, fathers, <br />and Bright Futures <br />and babies living in proverty. We will provide mental health support, education, and prevention strategies <br />for anxiety and depression (including perinatal mood and anxiety disorders). <br />Neutral Ground will provide Summer Night Lights for 40 nights during the summer. Parks and recreation <br />Nati's House dba Neutral <br />Neutral Ground <br />$60,000 <br />centers will be open late so that families can enjoy safe spaces, meet neighbors, find new opportunities and <br />Ground <br />SNL <br />resources, and create relationships with the City and County agencies that serve them. <br />Nati's House dba Neutral <br />Neutral Ground <br />$100,000 <br />Neutral Ground will provide after school programming and mentoring to youth; focusing on violence <br />Ground <br />Gang Prevention <br />prevention, gang intervention, restorative practices, mentoring, and drug and alcohol prevention. Neutral <br />Ground also provides street outreach and programming for parents and community. <br />Community -Based <br />OCHR proposes to enhance community -based dispute resolution inclusive of community -oriented policing. <br />OC Human Relations <br />Alternative Dispute <br />$60,000 <br />The program will empower community members before, during, and after community crisis, promote mutual <br />Council <br />Resolution <br />understanding among community stakeholders, and create safer, more inclusive places in the <br />Townsend/Myrtle neighborhoods. <br />Crime Prevention <br />Orange County <br />and Intervention <br />$70,000 <br />OCCTAC proposes to continue our Crime Prevention & Intervention Program with Willard Middle school <br />Children's Therapeutic <br />Program for Willard <br />youth, and expand to all Willard Neighborhood families, to provide life -changing opportunities for youth and <br />Arts Center (OCCTAC) <br />Middle School & <br />parents through After School Arts, Tutoring, Family Counseling, and Parenting Classes. <br />Neighborhood <br />Consumer & <br />Community <br />$80,000 <br />Public Law Center seeks to provide cradle through retirement legal services to Santa Ana low-income <br />Public Law Center <br />Organizations <br />residents to spur economic development by helping clients, especially seniors, keep their hard earned <br />Legal Assistance <br />money; and helping client develop child & dependent care businesses that will expand the local workforce. <br />Project <br />On Campus <br />The program provides homeless students with a personalized path to self-sufficiency. A trained StandUp for <br />StandUp for Kids <br />Mentoring <br />$60,000 <br />Kids case manager and mentor meets with each youth at school, twice a week.
