PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />CANCELLATION PROVISION <br />(14 DAY FULL REFUND) <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART <br />All Coverage Parts included in this policy are subject to the following condition: <br />Notwithstanding anything in the "COMMON POLICY <br />CONDITIONS" or any other cancellation provision to <br />the contrary, if the first Named Insured cancels <br />within 14 days of the inception of the policy period <br />shown in the Declarations without there having <br />been: (i) an "occurrence" that caused "bodily in- <br />jury' or "property damage"; (ii) an offense arising <br />out of your business that caused a "personal and <br />advertising injury"; or (iii) an accident that caused <br />"bodily injury"; then we shall return in full any pre- <br />mium amount actually paid to us.
