(Human Options), a domestic violence victim service <br />provider, and The City of Santa Ana, a California Municipal Corporation, have come together <br />to collaborate on a grant proposal and application for the FY 2022 Improving Criminal Justice <br />Responses to Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, and Stalking Grant Program; <br />and <br />WHEREAS the applicant and partner below have entered into a partnership to jointly apply for <br />the FY 2022 ICJR Grant Program, The applicant and partner worked collaboratively on the grant <br />application and agree to collaborate on the implementation of the project, should it be selected for <br />funding. Human Options will be the lead agency and named applicant and The City of Santa <br />Ana will be a partner in this application; and <br />WHEREAS the partners herein, collectively referred to as the Domestic Violence Response <br />Team (DVRT), agree to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) setting forth the <br />services to be provided by the project partners using the information obtained during the <br />planning phase outlined in the FY 2022 ICJR Solicitation. <br />The parties, therefore, agree as follows that this Partnership Agreement stands as evidence that <br />Human Options and The City of Santa Ana, partners in this collaborative, have consulted and <br />Partnership Agreement <br />Page I of I I <br />intophumanoptions.org 1 949.737.5242 1 P.O.
