These complaints must be filed directly with the WIOA administrative <br />entity. The WIOA administrative entity shall issue a written decision within 30 days of <br />the filing of the complaint. If the complaint is still unresolved, an appeal may be made <br />to the Chief of State Workforce Investment Division Office. <br />The Department of Labor, the Civil Service Commission, the Equal Employment <br />Opportunity Commission, and many other offices and agencies are committed to <br />assuring equal employment opportunities for all persons.
