Amend Traffic Counting Services Agreement <br /> May 03, 2022 <br /> Page 2 <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> There is no environmental impact associated with the action. <br /> FISCAL IMPACT <br /> The requested amendment will increase the agreement amount by $40,000, providing a <br /> new aggregate agreement amount of$140,000. With approval of the budget reallocation <br /> of $40,000 in unspent Measure M2 Local Fairshare funding, the total funding needed for <br /> the requested increase will be achieved. <br /> Funds are budgeted and available for expenditure as shown in the table below.
