Exhibit 1 <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> COMPANY HISTORY <br /> Valley Maintenance, Corp. is a small and minority owned commercial building maintenance company <br /> established in 1991. Since its inception, Valley Maintenance has never failed or refused to complete <br /> any service contracts and has grown to become one of the premier janitorial service providers in the <br /> Southern California. Currently employing over 300 service workers covering an average of a multi <br /> million square feet per day. Valley Maintenance has the management experience, availability of <br /> supervisory personnel, financial capability and resources to accomplish all of the requirements of <br /> commercial properties. Our management staff has over one hundred years combined experience in <br /> the janitorial industry. We are proud of this fact and believe we are able to staff, function and perform <br /> to any specifications presented to us. <br /> EMPLOYEE TRAINING <br /> Training is mandatory for every employee to formulate and secure our high standard of operations. <br /> From the simplest to the most complicated assignments, each member of our team is completely <br /> prepared before tackling each job. After careful screening of all Valley Maintenance personnel, <br /> mandatory training, with a minimum of 90 days supervised field-training employees are assigned to <br /> job locations. The training is followed by in-service instruction by their supervisors to update and <br /> review techniques. <br /> OUR EMPLOYEES <br /> Valley Maintenance employees are carefully screened and selected. They are trained, not only in the <br /> latest cleaning techniques, but care for specific premises with the specific use of industrial chemicals <br /> and equipment unique to each premise. To achieve our goal of customer satisfaction, we strive to <br /> create a feeling of pride in the performance of our employees. <br /> Valley Maintenance personnel work on a performance incentive program are used to maximize quality <br /> work, therefore, providing you with the consistency of a quality maintenance company. <br /> City Council 25 — 33 5/3/2022 <br />
