Exhibit 1 <br /> QUALITY CONTROL, INSPECTION PROCEDURE <br /> SUPERVISOR <br /> Valley Maintenance will provide thoroughly trained On-Site Working Supervisor. Supervisor <br /> will be physically located during normal work shift, Monday through Friday so that such is <br /> readily available to deal with the day-to-day operation of the contract. Supervisor shall be <br /> knowledgeable in all aspects of the contract service operation and will monitor each <br /> individual custodian's performance. <br /> WEEKLY, MONTHLY INSPECTIONS <br /> Supervisor will walk through each restroom with check list and will conduct the weekly <br /> inspection and fill out the form at the end of the week ( Friday ). Also Supervisor will <br /> conduct weekly joint inspection tour with facility Manager. Quality Control Manager and <br /> Supervisor will walk through each restroom with check list and will conduct Monthly <br /> inspection and fill out the form at the end of the month ( Last Friday of the Month ). <br /> UNSCHEDULED INSPECTION <br /> Quality Control Manager will conduct unscheduled inspection during normal working hour at <br /> least twice a month and make a report to the Contract Manager. The purpose of <br /> unscheduled inspections are to make sure all the tasks and services are being performed to <br /> acceptable condition and to identify deficiencies in the quality of service performed before <br /> the level of service becomes unacceptable. <br /> Where a deficiency has been observed, Quality Control will notify the Contract Manager for <br /> resolution. <br /> FOLLOW-UP INSPECTIONS <br /> Quality Control Manager will conduct Follow-up inspections of all work found to be deficient <br /> on the Monthly initial inspection. Quality Control will notify to the Contract Manager on any <br /> item found to be defective on this second inspection. Deficiencies found on this second <br /> inspection will be corrected immediately. <br /> WORK SUMMARY REPORT <br /> A Monthly Summary report will be turned in to the Property Manager on the first work day of <br /> the month indicating all completed or in-progress work and any corrective action taken. <br /> City Council 25 — 43 5/3/2022 <br />
