<br />Section 11- Liability Coverage, C. Who Is an Insured, Item 2.a (1) is deleted and replaced with the

<br />14. Bodily Injury Definition - Broadened
<br />Section 11- Liability Coverage, F.,Liability and Medical Expenses Definitions, Item 3, is deleted and
<br />replaced with the following;
<br />3. "Bodily injury" means bodily injury, sickness or disease sustained by a person including death or
<br />mental anguish resulting from any of these at any time. Mental anguish means any type of
<br />mental or emotional illness or disease.
<br />15. Unintentional Failure to Disclose Hazards
<br />Section 11 - Liability Coverage, E, Liability and Medical Payments General Conditions, is amended to
<br />include the followings
